- Laarni's Vault makes every effort to provide many detailed photos and detailed information disclosing flaws, defects and signs of use so that you are fully aware of the condition of the items you are purchasing. We also show and disclose flaws, defects and signs of use during our live selling events.

PAYMENTS
- Our website provides convenient ways to pay for your orders through our secure online payment gateways. You can choose to pay through PayPal or through the Shopify payment gateway. Both payment methods are secured by Shopify and PayPal.
- Full payment of your order is expected at the time of purchase. We no longer offer payment plans at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
- Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
- Orders and shipments are not processed during weekends and holidays.
PURCHASING FROM OUR FACEBOOK LIVE SELLING EVENTS
PAYMENTS
- Manual PayPal invoices for purchases made during live events will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after the live event has ended.
- After your invoice has been sent to you, you have 24 HOURS to complete your payment. Full payment for your order is expected at the time of purchase. We no longer offer payment plans.
- You are responsible for paying your invoice in a timely manner. We will notify you once the invoice has been sent. However, due to our busy schedules we are unable to do any follow-up notifications.
- If payment has not been made after the 24 hours has expired, we will automatically CANCEL your order. You will receive a PayPal notification that your invoice has been cancelled through your email inbox. We understand life gets busy which is why we give a grace period of 24 hours for payment. Once your invoice is cancelled, the item/s will be made available again to the next person in line or on our website.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
- If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items of your order and you will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed.
- If all the items of your order are out of stock, we will automatically cancel your order and we will process your refund through PayPal. An email will also be sent to you to notify you of the cancellation and it will include the reasons as well.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING ONLY WITHIN THE USA
- Shipping is through UPS only and we will only ship to a USA address. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- If you paid for your order through PayPal, we will only ship to the address on your PayPal account.
- If you purchased through the website and used one of Shopify's payment gateways, we will ship to the address you entered at checkout.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or any forwarding addresses or services.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes because UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If the shipping address on your account is a P.O. Box, it is your responsibility to make the necessary corrections on your account prior to your purchase.
SHIPPING THROUGH UPS ONLY
- Due to the nature and high value of our luxury merchandise, we will ship through UPS only.
- All purchases include FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING which could range between 3-7 days in transit depending on your location.
- Signature by the recipient is required for all shipments.
SHIPPING TO ADDRESSES ON FILE ONLY
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or any forwarding addresses or services.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes because UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If the shipping address on your account is a P.O. Box, it is your responsibility to make the necessary corrections on your account prior to your purchase.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your PayPal account or the shipping address you entered at checkout is the CORRECT and UPDATED shipping address. We are not responsible for errors in your shipping address.
- In the event that you did not correct your shipping address and we already fulfilled your order and paid for your postage, you will be responsible for the cost to purchase new postage for the new shipping address.
- If your order was shipped before you realized that it had the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong shipping address. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to correct the shipping address.
TRACKING INFORMATION
- You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information when your package has shipped. If you did not receive an email, let us know and we would be happy to send you your tracking information.
NO LOCAL PICKUPS OR MEET-UPS
- Due to security reasons, we do not offer local pickups or meetups.
RESPONSIBILITY OF SHIPMENTS
- Laarni's Vault ships out all orders in the condition they were in at the time of purchase and all shipments are packed securely and carefully.
- We are responsible for your purchases up until it has been received by UPS. After your package has been received by UPS, your package is out of our control and the responsibility shall fall on the carrier.
- We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages during transit. In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for following up and filing the claim with UPS.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier. We will do our best to help locate where your shipment is by way of the tracking information but shipping delays by the carrier is out of our control.
RETURNED PACKAGES AND FEES DUE TO MISSED DELIVERIES
- In the event that UPS was not able to deliver your package because you were not available to receive the delivery, UPS will either have you collect the package from one of their locations or they will automatically return the package to Laarni's Vault.
- If a return occurs, UPS will charge a corresponding "return fee" and you will be responsible for cost of the "return fee" and the cost to purchase new postage to send the shipment back to you.
- We will notify you when your UPS returned shipment has arrived. We will ship the package back to you in the condition it was received from UPS. We will not unwrap or open the package.
- We are not responsible for damages to your shipment when it was returned to us. In the event that your shipment and the items inside were damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with UPS.
CANCELLATIONS
10% RESTOCKING FEE
- We do not accept cancellations after the item has already been shipped out.
- If you cancel your order before your package has been shipped out, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. The restocking fee is to cover all fees incurred from the payment processing system and postage expenses.
- All refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be processed through PayPal only.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
