Returns

To return a purchase, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date to you and return the item(s) within 24 hours after the RMA information was given to you. To request an RMA number, email shop@laarnisvault.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The "Laarni's Vault" tag must also still be attached. If the tag is no longer attached, your returns will not be accepted.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card/bank statement.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@laarnisvault.com.

 

Shipping 

A 10% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AN RMA NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY PRODUCT BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO SHOP@LAARNISVAULT.COM. If you ship your item to us without an RMA number then we will not be obligated to accept the return or give you a refund.

You are required to use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
